The Importance of Muscle Flexing in Bodybuilding

The arch is the predominant muscle that i feel when I'm rolling my toes on the left foot. The toe is fused but the muscles are still activating and i feel that in the bottom of my feet, especially the arch. Over time there's two things that happen a you lose that mind muscle connection which is kind of an old school bodybuilding term. Those muscles become weak and unstable so yeah 100% you're contracting muscles that probably aren't used to contracting in that range of motion as much we're gonna take us through it.
