Mindfulness Is a Powerful Tool of Liberation
The more we hold on, the more we suffer. We begin to understand that attachment and clinging to that which is ipermanent is always a source of suffering. It's so obvious, but we have to see it. So pay attention, really look to see when the ind is attached, andow how it is obstructing just the easeful flow of changing experience.
