The question is again, not just what do we do with that, but also how do we. I'll give you a give you an example that is literally happening to me every day right now. I will be having a perfectly good day and then I'll go check LinkedIn or my news feed and I'll see more layoffs. And because we know money is very triggering for me in the sense and the feeling of potential loss, all of a sudden I'm anxious. It's like over a split second, just a headline. Nothing has changed in my life. But my state, my internal state has changed. A headline is just words, but we have to understand what that headline is doing
