If i'm in a protective or more of our drivi s. It doesn't matter if you're up regulated or down regula exactly. You're just saying, are you in defence? Are you in a protective mode? Right? And one of the ways that you can tell, number one, is youre feeling the heart rate go up. That may be one example. But it also can be that you're going flatter. There's lots of ways to tell.
