What Is a Flossing Technique?

Flossing is a technique used to restore how tissues are sliding and gliding. If your tissues are congested or sticky, they don't slide and glide - that can restrict your range of motion. Flossing gives the brain permission to access an actual joint which was stiff or didn't have before. It also improves hydrateon and better blood flow. And if i have a hot spot where a tendon is coming into a joint or o bone, and all of a sudden there's more flown in that can change my pain relief. That could be it. None of those things or none of those things would make any difference with flossing. Does it work, yes or no
