Scallop is a shellfish. It's an all-in deal. He slices it 18 times. The gutting thing is you only get one bit and I want a plate full of them for my side dish. You probably don't like sushi, do you? Because if you don't like... Not fishy, no way. That's not sushi. So you can't go to this place and enjoy it. But honestly, this scallop is just, it's the tenderest.
