Key Performance Indicators to Ascertain the Health of Your Business

KPIs are key performance indicators so that you can really tell the health of a business. Are there ratios that you like to look at things like, you know, net fee against them full time employees or profit rates? What are the sorts of metrics that you would pull out to kind of ascertain the health of your firm as a group? I think first of all, when we talk about KPI's or metrics, it's not can be like a number in like a vacuum. It's got to be versus the benchmark versus the industry. And again, you need to know the industry benchmark.
