The Importance of Zone Three in the Body

Some people get confused and and see chest expansion like just anterior expansion as that elevation that zone three. A lot of these tissues are very devoid of sensory feedback um from years of overtraining or years of disavowing the abs or like again or overtraining. There's one exercise in the book that's really over the top that i i teach at some seminars it's called nalikria which is lateral abdominal churning.
