How to Support People Who Work at Sea
What should be done within the industry to support people who work at sea? It does sound like you've already got some initiatives that you've been working on. What could be done in a wider sense? I think the widest way that crew can be supported is for, well, there are two things. That addition of kind of mental health first aid or awareness into the big convention, which is STCW - it helps.
