Can You Breathe Out of Your Nose?

I think especially for newer athletes and myself included in that, it can get tiring and sometimes sad to just constantly be looking at your watch being like, oh my gosh, am I still in my zones? It is important to check, but I do think that that's a great way to just kind of recenter yourself. Can I hold on to a conversation? And so that's one of the ones I really like. It kind of goes into perceived effort as well, but I like to use that one as a cue.
