The evolutionary interface idea sort of unhinged science from some kind of important test for the theories. It doesn't mean that anything goes in scientific theory, but if we don't see the truth, is there no way to tether our theories and test them? I think there's no problem there. We can only test things in terms of what we can measure with our senses in space and time.
