Always give it at least one more day. If you can't do simple weight-bearing exercises without pain, then you're not ready to run. The irony here is that for me, for example, I have an efficient biomechanical running pace at certain pace. It's slower I go. So instead of each foot contact being this quite elastic springy bounce on the floor, I'm like kind of leavering through my ankle,. And that's actually put more pressure on my body than running faster. Gary asks about what should that look like?
