In meditation, in psychadelecs, a lot of what goes on there is turning the volume down on the default mo network. We often feel thik consciousness is the pilot, or it is the whole thing, the whole thing is consciousness. When we get curious and we're really open to experience, that feeling slips from close to more of an open, expansive calty of awareness. You can think of awe or flow. This e to flow as selfless, is effortlessand actually pretty pleasurable.
