Sleep, nutrition, hydration are recovery modalities too. sequencing and timing of these modalities is really important. We know that a cold tub in the day followed by a hot bath or a hot shower in the hour prior to bed could be a good strategy for us all to use to improve sleep. And again, we all know that things like alcohol as well can have such a a sensitive impact through or h r b levels. I think potentially there could be an offset in power between those two relationships.
