If we want to avoid relapses, what do we need? We need a part of our brain that is specifically for controlling your impulses. Stress knocks out that part of your brain. It makes it so you forget what the hell you're doing. And if you can't regulate yourself and resist inappropriate behavior, gosh,. i'd some one arguing with me on twitter the other day, and it's like, don't an the person. What exactly is so intellectually superior about your behaviour right now? Nobody cares. They can't even see your face. My friends, it is all about stress and managing stress.
