How to Control Your Anxiety

Anxiety often involves rapid, erratic and shallow breathing patterns. So if you replace that pattern with rhythmic even breathing, often the anxiety will subside. The rhythm that works for you is largely dependent on how big your lungs are. Adults have slightly larger lungs than children as a general rule. And i encourage people to put that idea to the test. I can kil over a hundred people just taking a breath right now thinking, is there any validity to what yo' say?
