Kim Boochon: BuzzFeed gave us our start but also fucked this company. I was never afraid to ask for what I want, and then when they stopped giving me a permission, I left. They had exclusivity contracts. So we could go make a YouTube channel. A lot of people did that. And I was like, how do you have the fucking time? I'm trying to build a platform here to do that. That's been so cool to watch is it was very much kind of like, yeah, this company gave us our started but also screwed this company. We are going to stick together.
