This episode is about self care. Self love and self compassion are given. I want you to kind of wear that in your brain, like burn it into your brain. You have to be able to give yourself a break from the people pleaser's personality. When we do that, when we are loving toward ourselves compassionate toward ourselves, then we have more energy to give to others again if we want to. A lot of people aren't at peace because of some of the things I'm going to talk about today. We need to detoxify our life.
