And then, you know, one day they, they do a 365 pound deadlift and they're like, "Holy shit" Andrew: Don't fucking try to be the coolest lifter on Instagram. Unless unless you enjoy like, this is the thing. You might want to let a rip here and there. He says that most of the time you should be working on your technique but also trying to get as much muscle stimulation as you can.
