There's this continuous negative language that does have a negative effect on our physiology. And so we're continuously telling people, you are not as good as you could be. That doesn't make people think, oh, welli hope i can be better. It makes them feel bad about themselves, which has anegative effect on them. So there's a danger of creating these sive processes in the pursuit of optimization.
