Like in physical fitness, recovering is proportionate to the stress of training. Is recovery as highly correlated with like when youare under mental stress? L yeis obviously not as well mented or as the researchis. But i would say a lot of stuff is just like how motivated and enthusiastic you feel about whatever yo'e are doing. And that's probably the best indicator of your needn't recover from whatever you're doing - yet it defenly takes recovery.
