Is the Null Hypothesis True?

The correlation or association between strength and size is equally strong in the untrained as it is the trained. The question that we're discussing is, when a person begins to exercise and then they get stronger, is that due to changes in muscle size? And that's where i have the question. I don't question whether that they're related. But when we exercise, does a change in one result in a change in the other? So it obviously makes a lot of sense that it could.
