We all understand professional concerns, social concerns, personal concerns. These are all stress in the same way that deadlifts are stress and sprinting is stress. It's no different than having some nice lean sirloin with broccoli at dinner but it's all calories,. So what do you do? You go on a diet. This is what I'm talking about with mental dieting.
