It's stressful to be the face of a crisis. People understand that pressure causes mistakes, and people tend to try to minimize the mistake. If you're under attack, there are questions that you need to ask in this moment of crisis. Think about the stakeholders that matter to. What would reasonable people appropriately expect in your response? What do they need from you? In uvalde texas, what people want are answers.
