Is There a Barrier to Adopting Physical Activity?

There was a push awhile ago to make physical activity a vital sign. And i remember hearing a lot about it, reading a lot about and it seems like it kind of went nowhere. There's a lot of inertia. Once something gets entrenched in ourcultural mind set, even our professional mind set, is difficult to change that. I think it's going to be a long while before we see this become commonplace. But, you know, everyone has to just do their job. You fight the good fight.
