How Do You Change Your Training Blocks?

For me, it'd be the emphasis on squats. I found in my career that if i have a difficult exercise, like tho sake, i'm doing a front squad programme for six weeks,. i personally find the back squad not nearly as challenging. The bulgarian was going to suggest aa bag swing instead of any dead lifts because if anything happens, no pro would just stop doing it. YoYo Knosse: What do you think?
