Is There a Difference Between Diet and Sleep?

I think a lot of people know that they probably should, but it's tricky. You know, when say patients that I see in the clinic, there are, you know, single mothers of three who were holding down two jobs and they don't have the time to necessarily devote to their health. So we want to focus on that we are getting enough protein and that we are having a whole food diet. And then with sleep, again, it's trying to prioritize that sleep. If some of the lifestyle factors aren't there, often people start to put on weight which affects their sleep quality as well.
