How to Deal With Anxiety
Get out of bed or don't get into bed because you don't want to link your bed and bedroom with hyper arousal at all. If you're really aroused, you can do some type of breathing, which is one of the best ways to get you back into your body and out of your head. Or you can just sit with your thoughts and just be with them and watch them come, watch them go. That's better practice during the day than actually in those moments of hyper arousal.
