Is There a Recommendation for Strength?
For strength, i think getting the individual training dose is pretty important. You start to gradually increase those training volumes. You get increases in your returns, but eventually you get to a point where those returns strongly diminish. And if you keep pushing the training volume even more past that point, you actually may have a regression in the the returns in terms of mussl size. While we can't really an exact number in mind due to the limitations of the research, the mental model is pretty useful to navigate this kind of process.
