How Do You Incorporate Values?
values can fall by the wayside, or they become redundant things. I would have loved if one of our cor values was world class design. That's an aspiration. We do not yet do world class design - we are a collinger brand. Second, i need to personally try to be on a growth curve of always embodying that. And third, i really think that those four words, review reward, higher in fire. When you give promotions based on people demonstrating it, people get the picture. when you fire people, we've had to do it. Bayse on being below the bar, that gets people's attention. Is there anything about your job that intimidates you?
