Building a Relationship With Your Body
I think shifting that focus towards the performance, towards feeling, giving our body what it needs are all really positive things. And like we said, building a good relationship with your body. I encourage people to like hang out with people who have positive relationships with it. You can't neglect that our bodies are not just physical beings. They are emotional beings as well. All of these factors play into our bodies and we can't dissociate that. We want to separate mental state from our physical state. But if you are not doing well mentally and happy and like enjoying life, then that's going to throw off everything as well.
