I feel that a lot of this is coming from health professionals, but physiotherapists, osteos that consult with people. And I think that this has just created this perfect storm of people saying, oh, I've got anterior pelvic tilt. So an issue is a weird term because anterior pelvic tilt is probably not an issue in most cases. There's definitely value to having a really good posture, feeling as tall as possible - even if it's just psychological. But obsessing over posture is not going to really get you anywhere.
