Is There a New Generation of Chefs?
I knew enough information on what was happening already in America. They were starting to be a chef of generation where there were a lot of French chefs who came, but they were kind of like with the past. After two years in DC, I as a private chef had enough with it. I wanted to go to New York because I really felt New York City was the city to stop before I was going back to France.
