In consumer industry PLG existed from the beginning. But in B2B we've been very spoiled. We had these really big problems that we're solving for organizations. They don't have huge valuations like B2B companies do. And employees can go and explore products as opposed to having to go through enterprise buyer whenever they want to use anything. There is a generational movement to not wanting to interact with a human person when closing a sale.
