There's some hints, but studies where they infuse glucose or sugar into someone's bloodstream indicate any time between like six and 10 is fine for starting breakfast. Some people have a genetic variant of one of the melatonin receptors, which means their melatonin levels stay elevated for longer. So there are in some people, it may be better to wait a couple hours a little later until those melatonin levels fall more precipitously.
