I think tight water, like could benefit from being highlighted so you know part of what I do now in my career which is sort of more if I sort of left hedge funds right before covert and then got roped into a few things. What I do now through late Cornelia is I'm a consultant to a few hedge funds and basically the pitch is you could hire a guy full time. And that's really a guy across a couple hundred, and that's real money. You know, especially the family offices, they want to keep nobody wants to outsource anywhere, but wants to do themselves.
