Iti. It's amazing what a short break can do. Ritit doesn't have to be like i go and think about it for a week and a half. Em just a just that pause, just that moment, just that opportunity to not follow through on the impulse immediately but instead do something different. So first you want to relax, and then probably whill you're relaxing, aka, hopefully having your nervous system calmed down a little bit, am. Then the next thing to do is to evaluate. We sort of read into this as evaluating basically means that you're going to take a minute to be checking the facts of the situation.
