What's Your Biggest Challenge?

In September alone, I think we had 4.7 million people leave the workforce in the United States. Most of those people are women who have children and can't afford daycare. Recruiting is at the forefront of it all; so scale and keep those DEI card. The product that we're building here is performance reviews. But like, that's the difference between early stage and late stage is we just don't have all the data yet.
