How to Squat for Knee Joint Pain
Hip squats are the easiest possible way to squat as far as knee joint pain. They produce the least amount of stress on your knees. Once done properly, they don't require as much ankle mobility. So that's a good thing. It just doesn't have to be addressed in every single exercise within the workout.
