Is There a World Where Restaurants Are Not That Rough?

I have no idea. Is there a world where restaurants margins are not that ridiculously slim? I would i can't see food costs going any lower, because that means farmers are going to be paid even less for their products. Coell: How do you cope with the mental side of it? It's really interesting. The first question is kind of tied into the current state where everyone's kind of struggling with the Mental side of things,. Particularly founders, particularly start ups, or having to make really difficult trade offs makemke difficult decisions.
