Is There a World Where Restaurants Are Not That Rough?

I have no idea. Is there a world where restaurants margins are not that ridiculously slim? I would i can't see food costs going any lower, because that means farmers are going to be paid even less for their products. Coell: How do you cope with the mental side of it?
