What Exercises Should I Do When I Get Back to the Gym?
I'm currently recovering from pneumonia, which means no training for four to five weeks. I'll start deep breathing exercises next week and Tai Chi. What exercises should he do or avoid when he gets back to the gym? Nothing different than you were doing before. It's an intensity based thing. You can still do burpee box jumps and a salt bike and rowing and running. But here's what I would suggest. Purposely change the reps. Even if you can't do that, so you don't get caught up racing people and don't post your scores or even look at the clock when you finish. Allow yourself. This is the my protocol coming back from injury sickness
