How to Build Confidence
confidence is setting small bets. When you do that, when you set like these very small goals for yourself, with even interactions or days, wheno meet those goals, you build confidence. So every week that i'm saying, this week, these are the five things i want to get done this week, when i fall through and do that, that builds confidence. U it's its easy. Os sali, you got to be confident. And it's really hard to just flip a switch. You can't really. I think confidence comes from trying something and seeing that it works in big ways and in small ways - over and over and over again.
