The Importance of Different Perspectives on Customer Experience
Tricia: It's really important to the DNA of what we're trying to do, which is not create more of the same. We have to make those methodologies that are underneath what we do, consistent and done the EDG way. I know you spend a lot of time thinking about experiences being built into the name. How do you personally think about providing a starting place for people to understand their customers? Tricia: And totally agree with you. I think experience is everyone's job. it's really a mindset.
