The Queen of Multi Tasking

Multi tasking isn't really a thing. What we referr to as multi tasking is actually just task switching. The brain isn't capable of focusing on two serious tasks at the same time. Distractions are a gateway into multi tasking. Turn off your phone, disable dest top notifications and find a quiet space where you won’t be in rupted. Commit to focusing for at least 30 minutes on each task without switching. This kind of mental discipline can help you break the habit of multi-tasking.
