M: I try to look at satiety in the same way as pacing a race, where if you get out too aggressively or at a pace that's not sustainable for you, you might hit those bench marks ahead of schedule. And i think it's kind of similar with nutrition, where ifyou're following a plan that is a going to get you two bench marks, or some arbitrary goal earlier than you expected, what's your plan after that? M: The direction we should go from a nutrition standpoint is, instead of having these, like, government, top down dietary guide lines that are very what i would consider one dimensional. Why not say we have a variety of options to choose
