The Culture of Badu and Bumble
Bumble co-founder Andrei Andreyev has been running a company that was very sexist and misogynist to his female employees. Badu's chief marketing officer Jessica Powell said women who raised concerns about the environment were ignored. If you disagreed with Andreyev, you were called a bitch in Russian. Aoyang reported that Andreyev seemed to be trying to change his company culture. He sent a letter to his employees saying discrimination was not tolerated.
