i was already on the intermittent fasting kick, so that sort of made it easy to eliminate a meal. I would go in and maybe have lik macha tea or something like that in the morning. But e i didn't put a lot of emphasis on getting good snacks at the office. Thank god for amazon prime now, cause i think i use that at least two or three times a week when we run out of fruits or protein Or anything like that.
