Using the Framework of the Physical Elements
In the classical text, the buddha used a kind of shorthand which was common in those times to describe the experience. And this is using the framework of the hysical elements - and it reveals the importance of how we language things. So as an experiment, and again, it can be for a short period of time, it could be maybe five minutes or ten minutes, start noting the movement and the touch in terms of the elements.
