Women Are Worse Than Men

Women are naturally better consultants than men. Men tend to look at a single bull's eye kind of an issue, where women think in more web like terms. Women don't argue enough for themselves, and they don't put forth a strong case. A man would get a raise, even a decent one, and argue to get more, and a woman would just accept it. And so that's what you want to look at. People dramatically over deliver an undercharge because i have low self-esteem.
