I know that me waking up and doing my skincare and having a coffee is going to get me in the right headspace and motivate me for that day. Every night I get to curate a new routine or tweak the routine if something didn't feel good and I need to add to it don't complicate your routine or force things just because you think that's what you're supposed to be doing do things that feel right to you and make sense how to not fall back into old and toxic patterns.
